Environment, Family Health and Society
Environment, Family Health and Society will address environmental and other health determinants as well as disease distribution, focusing on topics as healthy and active ageing (a European major societal challenge) and care systems fit, climate change (the greatest single threat to humans) and family health in the primary healthcare context, including this one health information technologies, alcohol-related issues, and vulnerable groups and medicines
Objectives

The overall aim of the RG ‘Environment, family health and society’ is to study the interactions between the physical/social environment and health, at family/community levels and, on this basis, develop new preventive approaches along life. The RG encompasses three Research Lines (RL) concentrated on family health, ageing and climate change.
